Real Estate
Served twenty-two years in the financial services industry raising over 200M in private equity capital. Most recently for Resource Real Estate which focuses on the acquisition, managment and disposition of multi-family properties including 1031 exchanges and TIC`s (Tenant in Common).
Invests in private real estate - own several rental properties.
Primary focus is on residential real estate, first time home buyers and short-sales.
Personal
Rose to the top 1% of women in the oil and gas industry raising private equity capital.
Conducted educational seminars for CPA`s interested in learning about tax-advantaged oil and gas and real estate investment programs (Limited Partnerships and 1031 exchanges TIC`s).
Serve on FINRA which is the National Association of Broker Dealers Arbitration Board - arbitrated over 100M
